1. How much will it cost? 
   There is no cost to participate in the eBay Motors Available Installer Network program as long as you are a TIA member in good standing.
   
   
2. If I am not a member, can I participate? 
   Only TIA members can participate in the AvailableInstaller Network.  However, non-TIA-members are encouraged to join the Association by clicking here….
   
   
3. Do I need to have a website to participate?  
   No.  TIA members are not required to have a website in order to participate.  With or without a website, eBay Motors customers can utilize your services, simply by calling you to schedule an appointment.
   
   
4. Who is eligible?  
   While eBay Motors Available Installer Network is reserved mainly to those who provide service to the general public, TIA wants the program to be a win-win for all members.  The program is intended for those operating in North America, who perform service in the automotive, commercial, retread, and/or off-the-road markets.  Please note that eligibility is based on one dues paying member per location or a corporate headquarters paying dues for each of its locations.  Members with additional locations can join TIA for only $100.00 per store to have each business featured on eBay Motors Installer Network.  Click here to sign up additional locations!
   
   
5. Will my employees’ names be listed?  
   TIA will never list the names of your employees to guarantee and preserve the privacy of all.  The eBay Motors customer will be able to select your business, not an employee, as the available installer.
   
   
6. What contact information will be provided to eBay Motors? 
   eBay Motors will be provided with basic contact information, including your business name, address, and phone number.
   
   
7. How much increased business can I expect? 
   TIA does not guarantee any increase in business.  This is a value-added, membership benefit only with the opportunity to have your business listed on the world’s largest online parts and accessories marketplace.
   
   
8. How will my business name be displayed? 
   Your business name will be displayed by zip code in the order of the location closest to the eBay Motors customers home.  As a TIA member, the TIA logo will appear beside your name along with recognition of any training certifications that you hold with the Association.
