OTR Tire Conference Host Hotel Group Room-Block Policy: Paid conference registration is required before booking a room in the OTR Group Room Block. An exclusive discounted Run of House room rate of $259 per night, with a reduced daily resort fee of $25, is available to registered conference delegates only if reserved through the OTR Group Room Block.
All reservations require a credit card deposit equivalent to two (2) room nights at the time of booking. Full pre-payment of the booking will be processed on Friday, January 3, 2025, using the payment method on file.
Cancellation and reduction of room nights are non-refundable after Friday, January 3, 2025. The OTR Room Block expires on Friday, January 10, 2025, and will likely sell out early.
Hotel reservations booked on or after Friday, January 3, 2025, require full pre-payment and are non-refundable.
