Bowie, Md. – The Tire Industry Association (TIA) is pleased to announce that early-bird registration is now open for the 71st Annual Off-the-Road (OTR) Tire Conference, taking place February 18–21, 2026, in Orlando, Florida. More than just a conference, it’s a gathering of the industry's most engaged professionals, focused on growth, connection, and the future of OTR tires.
Early-bird rates are $675 for TIA members in good standing and $1,275 for non-members. After August 15, 2025, these rates will increase to $745 and $1,345, respectively, so registering early is encouraged to take advantage of the savings.
Please note that conference registration must be completed before reserving your hotel accommodation. Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive an exclusive link to book your room. Given the high demand for both the room block and the leisure programs, early booking is strongly recommended to ensure availability.
The 2026 conference will be held at Rosen Shingle Creek; a full-service luxury resort located just 10 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Known as the go-to event for the OTR tire industry, the conference attracts more than 500 professionals from across the country and around the world, including retreaders, tire dealers, manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers representing over 35 states and a dozen countries.
The conference will feature three half-day educational sessions focused on training, industry insight, and professional development. Attendees will benefit from discussions on economic forecasts, safety, legislative updates, and more. Additional breakout sessions on Friday will allow for deeper dives into key topics affecting the off-the-road tire industry.
Beyond the education, the conference offers a wide variety of networking opportunities—beginning with the Kick-Off Gathering and Tabletop Viewing on Wednesday evening and continuing with the Mix & Mingle Reception, Networking Social, and a special Friday evening event. Attendees can also enjoy hands-on activities and leisure programs including the Golf Tournament at Shingle Creek Golf Club, the Floral Fun Workshop, Tree Trek Adventure Park, or a guided cultural and culinary tour at Winter Park.
