TIA Announces Overflow Hotel for OTR Conference
Bowie, Md. – The Tire Industry Association (TIA) has announced that rooms have been secured at the Embassy Suites Paloma Village to accommodate OTR Conference attendees who did not reserve a room at the Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa prior to the room block closing last Friday. The Embassy Suites is located ½ mile from The Westin and shuttle service to and from the OTR Conference will be provided at no cost. The room rate is $189 per night and includes free Wi-Fi, breakfast and a nightly manager’s reception. Reservations can be made by calling 520-352-4000 or reserve online with code OTR. Attendees should mention the OTR Conference to ensure the reduced rate.
Additionally, the golf tournament is sold out. However, there is still space available in the other leisure programs including the sporting clay tournament, the desert Jeep rally, the Sonoran Desert Museum trip, the southwestern jewelry making class and the CAT® equipment demo.
“It is evident that the OTR Conference continues to be the premier event for those in the off-the-road segment of the industry. The agenda is packed with exciting presentations and extraordinary networking opportunities geared specifically to this market segment,” said TIA Executive Vice President Roy Littlefield.
TIA is still accepting registrations for the OTR Conference, which will take place February 18-21, 2015 in Tucson, Ariz. Attendees are strongly encouraged to register in advance. On-site registration requires an additional fee. For registration forms and more information, please visit www.tireindustry.org/2015-otr-conference.
