The Tire Industry Association (TIA) is pleased to announce a series of pre-show events taking place during the 2026 Global Tire Expo/SEMA Show in Las Vegas, along with the selection of Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino as the official host hotel for TIA's activities.
The Global Tire Expo will return to the Lower South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center, bringing together tire dealers, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and service providers from around the world for exhibits, education and networking opportunities.
"The Global Tire Expo continues to be one of the most important gatherings for the tire industry," said Dick Gust, CEO of TIA. "In addition to the activity on the show floor, TIA's pre-show events provide many opportunities for attendees to connect with association leadership, strengthen professional relationships and stay engaged with the issues shaping our industry."
TIA's pre-show activities will begin on Monday, November 2, with the TIA Annual Membership Meeting and Press Conference from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. Open to all TIA members, the meeting will provide association updates, feature the installation of the 2026–2027 TIA President, recognize newly elected members of the TIA Board of Directors and acknowledge departing Board members for their service to the association.
Later that evening, attendees are invited to the Tire Industry Networking Reception from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. The complimentary event offers an opportunity to connect with fellow tire industry professionals, exchange ideas and strengthen relationships before the Global Tire Expo officially gets underway.
Networking continues on Tuesday, November 3, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the TIA Booth Happy Hour, located at Booth #41067 in the Lower South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet TIA leadership, including incoming TIA President Gary MacCausland, while enjoying refreshments and connecting with industry peers on the show floor.
Both networking events are complimentary and open to registered attendees. Registration for TIA's pre-show events will open in September.
TIA has secured a discounted room block at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino for attendees participating in the Global Tire Expo/SEMA Show activities. The room block will be available through September 25, 2026, or until sold out.
The 2026 Global Tire Expo will also feature a comprehensive lineup of educational sessions. Additional details regarding educational programming will be announced separately.
TIA is a partner in the annual SEMA Show in Las Vegas, which is considered the premier automotive aftermarket conference in the world.
