Who Is a Member?
A Member is a Delegate whose employer maintains an active annual TIA membership. To receive the member rate, your company must be current for the 2025–2026 membership year (May 31, 2025 – June 30, 2026).
Registrations under a lapsed membership will be reclassified as non-member, and the fee adjusted accordingly.

A Non-Member is a Delegate whose employer does not maintain an active TIA membership.

A Guest is the spouse or partner of a registered Delegate. Guest registration includes:
Guests do not have access to sessions, the app, or attendee materials.
Guests must be registered to attend any meal or leisure activity. No exceptions.

The Tire Industry Association (TIA) requires all conference attendees to adhere to our established terms, which are a condition of your attendance.
Code of Conduct: OTR Tire Conference strives to provide a 100% positive experience for everyone in attendance from start to finish. We celebrate the diversity of all conference attendees and staff. We will not tolerate harassing or discriminatory behavior by or toward anyone participating in conference activities and events. By attending the OTR Tire Conference, you agree to respect and treat everyone present with kindness, regardless of their gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, or disability.
Consumption of Alcohol: I agree to drink responsibly and heed suggestions from others, and I will not drive if intoxicated. I acknowledge that I alone am responsible for all my actions resulting from consuming alcohol, and the Tire Industry Association (TIA) is in no way responsible.
Consent Release: Registering for the OTR Tire Conference constitutes your affirmative consent to have your contact information made accessible via the conference directory and app. TIA and its legal representatives and assignees retain the right and permission to publish photographs and videos taken during this event without charge. These photographs may be used in electronic publications, audiovisual presentations, promotional literature, advertising, or other similar ways.
Waiver of Liability Agreement: I release TIA, its staff, elected officials, presenters, and any other individuals or entities associated with TIA's OTR Tire Conference from all liability connected with my participation, as well as from any liability related to changes to the schedule, events, or activities. I acknowledge and agree that I am participating in this activity voluntarily and assume all risks associated with it. If emergency medical services are required, I authorize and consent to such services being provided at my own expense.
Unsanctioned Events: Private meetings or engagements are not permitted on or off property if in conflict with the OTR Tire Conference schedule of events.
Recording: Videotaping or audiotaping of the OTR Tire Conference general sessions is prohibited.
Conference Badges: OTR Tire Conference badges are the sole property of TIA and must be surrendered upon request. Badges must be worn in plain view for admission to all sanctioned events.
Conference Registration Fee: To receive the member conference registration rate, you must be a member in good standing. Registrations processed with a lapsed membership will be reclassified to non-member status and charged accordingly.
Conference Registration Cancellation Policy: The conference registration fee is non-refundable after January 7, 2026.
Host Hotel Group Room-Block Policy: Paid conference registration is required before booking a room in the Group Room Block. Each hotel reservation requires a credit card deposit equivalent to two room nights at the time of booking. Full non-refundable prepayment will be processed the week of January 5th using the payment method on file. Cancellations and revised reservations are non-refundable after Wednesday, January 7, 2026. Reservations booked on or after that date require full pre-payment and are non-refundable.
Conference Registration Deadline: Conference registrations received after January 7, 2026, will not appear in the attendee directory or app.
By registering for or attending any event or activity associated with the Tire Industry Association’s Off-the-Road Tire Conference, I hereby agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
