Registered delegates receive access to the official OTR Tire Conference room block once their paid registration is confirmed.

• OTR Discounted Group Rate: $249 per night (Run of House)—a savings of $49 per night.

• Destination Fee: Waived ($30 daily savings). 

• Reservation Deadline: January 8, 2027, or until the room block sells out

Hotel Reservation Policy

• A credit card deposit equal to two nights is required at the time of booking.

• Beginning January 8, 2027, the hotel will process full, non-refundable prepayment using the credit card on file.

• Cancellations, reservation changes, and reductions in room nights are non-refundable after January 8, 2027.

• Reservations made on or after January 8 require full, non-refundable payment at the time of booking.
