Definition of Delegate Registration: Someone employed by a tire industry-related company. Registration includes general sessions, tabletop viewings, meal functions, breakout sessions, access to the conference app, and the printed conference attendee directory (leisure activities additional cost).
Definition of Guest Registration: Guest of a registered conference delegate. Registration includes access to meal functions and tabletop viewings ONLY. Guest MUST be registered for the conference to attend any meal function, tabletop viewing, or leisure activity (leisure activities additional cost), no exceptions.

Once your conference registration is approved and paid in full, you will receive an email confirmation containing a private weblink to reserve accommodations at the host hotel.
Exclusive Group Room-Block Policy: Your conference registration MUST be paid in full to reserve a room in the OTR Group Room-Block (1 room per registered delegate).
A Run of House room rate of $229, plus tax, with a reduced resort fee of $25, is available to registered conference delegates only if the reservation is secured through the OTR Group Room-Block.
A two (2) night deposit of $229 per night is required at the time of reservation. Full non-refundable pre-payment is due January 5, 2024.
Reservations secured after January 5, 2024, require full pre-payment and are non-refundable.

No. Conference registration is not included in the sponsorship package. You must register for the conference if you plan to attend.
No. The OTR Tire Conference offers two tabletop viewings as part of the conference program.
A tabletop is a six-foot skirted table (not a 10x10 booth) that offers sponsors two exclusive opportunities to network with approximately 500+ conference attendees.
The OTR Tire Conference is not a trade show. All materials and display items MUST be contained within the assigned six-foot table and cannot disrupt or block another sponsor's display.
The assignment of tabletops will begin the week of January 8, 2024, and will take approximately 5–7 business days to complete (60–70 sponsoring companies will participate). Sponsorship must be paid in full to participate.
