TIA offers a variety of training for new hires, as well as experienced tire technicians. Our ITS programs cover all aspects of industrial tire service and can be delivered online or in person, with hands-on instruction.

Basic Industrial Tire Service (ITS) is a 200-Level course focused on pneumatic, solid resilient, press-on and polyurethane-filled tires used in industrial applications. Basic ITS is available through the TIA Online University or can be delivered in-person utilizing video, workbooks and paper exams.
The Basic ITS consists of the following 11 Modules:
- Introduction
- Tires
- Rims, Wheels and Hubs
- Hydraulic Press Operation & Maintenance
- Jacking & Lifting, Install and Remove
- Single-Piece Service Procedures
- Two-Piece Service Procedures
- Three-Piece Service Procedures
- Tube-Type/Tubeless Conversion
- Press-On Demount/Mount
- Polyurethane Fill
TIA can hold custom, hands-on Industrial Tire Service classes for your company. We do have our own training facility in Garner, Iowa where we can hold a private class for your techs. Or, we can come to you as long as the necessary tools and equipment are available.
