Bowie, MD - The Tire Industry Association (TIA) has dates set for 7 of its 2014 ATS Training Tour locations. The schedule is as follows:
February 4-8 – Charlotte, NC
March 4-8 – Sarasota, FL
March 25-28 – Houston, TX
May 20-23 – Minneapolis, MN
June 24-27 – Denver, CO
August 5-7 – Chicago, IL
September 16-19 – Cincinnati, OH
The ATS Tour will also be visiting the following cities with specific dates still to be announced: Anchorage, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, Boston, Tallahassee, and Los Angeles.
These 4-day, in-depth classroom and hands-on training classes educate tire technicians on the proper safety procedures and guidelines for servicing passenger and light truck tire and wheel assemblies. It also includes a full day of instruction on Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS). Classes are generally held at local community and technical colleges.
