Bowie, Md. – Federated Insurance, the preferred provider of business and workers’ comp insurance for the Tire Industry Association (TIA), will host a webinar entitled Progressive Discipline: Proactive and Necessary Practices for Every Business on Wednesday, September 24 from 1:00pm – 2:00pm (EDT). The webinar will be conducted by Enquiron as part of the Federated Employment Practices Network.
Webinar participants will learn about various topics concerning discipline such as how to identify and prevent problems before they begin, when and how to discipline employees, how to handle attendance issues, and factors that should be considered before and during termination.
