Bowie, Md. - The Tire Industry Association (TIA) will host a webinar, “Online Reviews: Damage Control for Tire Dealers” presented by Moving Targets® on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at 2pm (EST).
Webinar participants will learn how to benefit from online reviews. Specifically, attendees will learn:
• How to set up pages correctly on Yelp, Google+ Local and Citysearch.
• How to manage your business’ listings.
• How to reply to positive and negative reviews.
• Damage control: how to minimize the impact of negative reviews.
