Employment Policies and Documentation Webinar for TIA Members

Bowie, Md. – Federated Insurance, the preferred provider of business and workers’ compensation insurance for the Tire Industry Association (TIA), is providing TIA members with access to a free webinar, Employment Insights – Policies and Documentation on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. (EST). The webinar will be conducted by Enquiron as part of the Federated Employment Practices Network (FEPN).

The webinar will discuss the hidden dangers of outdated policies and insufficient documentation of actions employers take relating to their employees. It will focus on the positive impact of having both current policies and consistent documentation within your organization, provide concrete examples, and walk through easily accessed Federated resources to help you with these issues.

The webinar will highlight:

• Documentation of harassment and discrimination complaints and investigations
• Performance issue documentation

• Workplace bullying—and how it relates to existing policies
