Bowie, MD – Community Tire Retreading, St. Louis, Mo., recently donated a portion of its winnings from an appearance contest for OTR tires at the North American Tire & Retread Expo, to the TIA Foundation. The foundation received a $2,000 donation to help support the development of tire technician training programs.

Donations to the foundation help TIA provide the best tire technician training programs in the industry. These programs improve the safety of our workplaces and our roadways. We couldn’t do what we do without the generosity of folks like Mike,” said TIA Executive Vice President Roy Littlefield.
