Marvin Bozarth ETS Technician of the Year Nomination

Marvin Bozarth is an icon in the OTR tire and retread industries who was a strong supporter of technician education. His leadership in the early days of TIA training and certification ultimately led to the Earthmover Tire Service (ETS) program, which has changed the way OTR tires and wheels are serviced. In honor of his commitment to training, TIA created the Marvin Bozarth ETS Technician of the Year award to recognize the top OTR technician in the industry.

The winner and a guest will enjoy an all-expense paid trip to the 2026 OTR Tire Conference in Orlando, FL, February 18-21st. This exclusive package includes airfare, hotel accommodations, transfer from airport to host hotel, and complimentary conference registration, which covers meals and one leisure activity.

Must be an employee of a TIA member in good standing.
Must have completed a minimum of the Basic CTS and Basic ETS Programs.
Must have at least 3 years of experience as an OTR technician.
Must be available to attend the 2025 OTR Tire Conference.
